For more than 100 years our family has grown coffee in Minas Gerais. Today we bring you coffee from our community there: our family, neighbours and other professional producers in the region. This bag comes from Lot 1333, Serra da Canastra, Minas Gerais. High altitude, sunny days and cold nights let the cherries ripen slowly, so the coffee is naturally sweet. Roasted fresh in small batches in the Netherlands by De Wisent, a family-owned artisan coffee roaster.

Smooth and balanced, with notes of chocolate and nuts and a hint of caramel, from espresso to filter.
